Pedorthics

Physical Referral

     We accept physician referrals for the following:

  • Diabetic Shoe Prescription
  • Extensive Pedorthic Evaluation
  • Biomechanical Gait Analysis
  • Foot and Ankle Rehabilitation

     We require a physician referral in order to bill private
     insurance and Medicare.

Allied Health Professional Referrals

     We also take referrals from the following:

  • Allied Health Professionals and Facilities
  • Physical Therapists
  • ATCs
  • Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • Assisted and Independent Living Facilities
  • Home Health Agencies
  • Private Clinics
Free Consultation

At times, a person may just need a simple consultation with a certified pedorthist in order to determine the appropriate pedorthic device he or she needs to function and perform optimally in sports or leisure activities. We offer free foot screening and consultation with no obligation.

Conditions We Treat

  • Arthritis
  • Diabetic foot*
  • Sports injury
  • Hypermobility of foot and ankle
  • Hypomobility of foot and ankle
  • Pediatric foot and ankle conditions such as toeing in/out, flat feet, and high arches
  • Other foot conditions seeking relief and proper weight or pressure distribution

    * Medicare reimburses for 1 pair of diabetic shoes and 3 pairs of custom inserts every year.

The Right Choice

Choosing the right footwear and orthoses requires the skill and knowledge of a certified pedorthist to properly evaluate foot and ankle biomechanics and determine the appropriate shoe modification and/or orthotic support to meet individual needs.

Every person’s foot structure is different. We help patients/clients make informed decisions regarding the type of footwear and orthosis that is right for them. Comfort is the right choice.
